Refund policy

## Returns

We accept returns within *14 days of delivery* for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

* The item must be unused and unopened.
* The product must remain in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

## Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within *24 hours of delivery*.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Clear photos of the product and packaging
* A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

## Refunds

### Item Not Received

If your order is not received, you may be eligible for a refund after the carrier's tracking information has been verified. Approved refunds are generally processed within *14 business days*.

### Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, our team will review the evidence provided and inspect the claim before approving a refund or replacement.

### Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost during the shipping process, a refund or replacement may be issued after an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Once your return or claim is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within *5–10 business days*, depending on your bank or payment provider.

## Non-Refundable Items

* Final sale items
* Promotional or discounted products

## Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

## Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within *12 hours of purchase* before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
